Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Jakaash (“we”, “us”) about your use of Jakaash (the “Service”). Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

2. The Service

Jakaash provides market data views, scanners, rankings, charts and related analytics for information purposes. It does not execute trades, hold funds or give personal advice. Features depend on your package and may change over time.

3. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping it secure. An account is for one person: you may not share it or resell access. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Packages, billing and renewal

Paid packages are billed in Indian rupees through Razorpay at the price shown at checkout. Unless you cancel, they renew automatically for the same period (monthly or yearly) and the payment method you authorised is charged. If a payment fails we may retry it, and we may restrict paid features after a short grace period. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown or included as stated at checkout.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the data or content of the Service, or use automated tools to extract it;
  • reverse engineer the Service or get around its security or access limits;
  • use the Service unlawfully, to manipulate markets, or in a way that harms or overloads it or other users.

7. Market data and third-party services

Market data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Links to charting platforms and brokers lead to third-party services that are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, rankings, design and content, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your personal use while your account is in good standing. We may use feedback you give us without obligation to you.

9. No investment advice

You make your own decisions and use the Service at your own risk. Nothing in the Service is investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. See the Disclaimer.

10. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or any trading or investment loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

11. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for losses and claims that arise from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the Service.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the Service. You can stop using the Service at any time.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, tell you by email or a notice in the Service. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at the place of our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue.
