We want you to know how Jakaash content is produced and what interests we may have. Please read this with our Disclaimer.

1. How content is produced

Rankings, signals, zones and levels are produced by automated scanners that apply the same rules to every stock. They use market data such as price, volume, open interest and price structure. We do not hand-pick stocks or publish tips, and the output is not personalised.

2. Independence

We do not accept payment from companies or issuers to feature, rank or promote their securities on Jakaash.

3. Our own positions

We, our directors, employees and their relatives may buy or sell securities that appear on Jakaash, including before or after they appear. We do not place orders on your behalf and we have no access to your trades.

4. How we earn and links

Our income comes from subscription fees. Links to charting platforms are plain links. We do not currently receive any commission or referral fee for them. If that changes, we will say so here.

5. Conflicts of interest

If we identify a conflict of interest that could reasonably affect how content is presented, we will disclose it on this page.

6. Registration status

Jakaash is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst.
